An EDIS partner should fulfill the following requirements
According to EDIS Declaration of Intent § 3:
- From the supplying industry independent trading company.
- Leading in his product range and territory.
- Very good reputation.
- The main product assortment should be in line with the other partners.
- Corporate spirit has to be part of the company’s philosophy.
- Warehousing, stocks, customer service, quality guarantee, sales organisation and management should be well developed.
- The activities of the cooperation should be considered confidential and partly secret.
- The partner shall not make misuse of confidential information and/or know-how of co-operative subjects.
